The White County Department of Finance is soliciting bids for the construction of a building covering the Rowland Sawmill in Quebeck, Tennessee. The objective is to secure a contract with a company to construct a 36'x84' structure that covers the existing Rowland Sawmill, located at 9776 McMinnville Highway, Quebeck, Tennessee 38579. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and may visit the site at their convenience, as it is easily accessible from the McMinnville Highway.
