To be considered, the offer must include: 1. A tender security representing ten per cent (10%) of the tendered price, before taxes applicable in the manner prescribed in the tender documents. 2. A letter of commitment representing the value of fifty percent (50%) of the tendered price for a performance bond, as well as a bond for the contractor's obligations for salaries, materials, and services of fifty percent (50%), in both cases, the amount is before applicable taxes and according to the terms prescribed in the tender documents. Delivery schedule The works are scheduled to take place between 14 July and 30 August 2026, subject to authorisation from the Ministry of the Environment, Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP).
