Concrete improvement project at Broken Arrow High School, 1901 E Albany, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. The project includes replacing and correcting concrete issues at various locations on the high school campus . All Bidders for this project are required to comply with all aspects of the Public Competitive Bidding Act and to meet all qualification requirements as established in the bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid , the contract will be awarded within thirty ( 30 ) days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten ( 10 ) days thereafter . The district reserves the right to waive any informality , or to reject any or all bids . Questions should be sent electronically to esapp@baschools.org. All questions and answers will be published and provided to all vendors as soon as possible. The deadline for submitting questions is May 27, 2026 at Noon. Questions submitted after this date will not be answered. This project consists of concrete removal, replacement and repair throughout various locations on the high school campus. The intent is to replace deteriorated concrete, correct drainage issues and eliminate trip hazards while maintaining safe and durable pedestrian and vehicle surfaces. Each work area has specific requirements as outlined below. Work generally includes demolition, subgrade preparation, grading, concrete placement and finishing. All work shall be coordinated with school operations to minimize disruption and maintain a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.
