Renovation of a military facility in Sasabe, Arizona. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The General Services Administration proposes a firm-fixed-price commercial construction effort to refurbish the secondary and headhouse canopy at the Sasabe Land Port of Entry. The scope of work primarily consists of preparation and painting of existing canopy components and includes construction activities to repair the drainage structure and remove and replace existing bird netting. The work will be performed as a commercial service acquisition under FAR Part 12 using simplified procedures and is set aside 100 percent for small business concerns. The construction magnitude is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Location: Sasabe Land Port of Entry, Sasabe, Arizona. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
