This agreement will be for construction engineering services for the continuation of lead service line replacements for FY27 throughout the City. ------------------------------ This project is for lead service line replacements for fiscal years 2027 and 2028. Questions Due to City: May 26, 2026, 12:00 p.m. 2. FBEs: 7% of total contract dollar amount.
