Kennedy Blvd., 25th Fl., County Center, Tampa Florida, 33602, (813) 272-5790, during regular business hours. This project consists of the replacement of the Saffold Road bridge over Dug Creek. Intent to Bid Due Date: Jun 10th 2026, 2:00 PM EDT Saffold Road over Dug Creek is a bridge replacement project. The proposed culvert bridge typical section includes two 12-ft wide travel lanes with 10-ft full width shoulders including 5-ft paved shoulders. The roadway travel way and shoulders across the bridge culvert, are shielded by guardrail from roadside hazard drop-offs. The existing cross drain located approximately 300' northwest of the Dug Creek crossing roadway, also requires replacement with a 53" x 83" culvert. The proposed bridge culvert structure encompasses (5) 11' x 11' culverts. The length of the bridge culvert is 60 feet. The bridge culvert width is extended to accommodate a future 10' wide sidewalk on the northside by others.
