Site work and new construction of a civil project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to construct new pipelines and valve vaults for the existing Southside Reuse System. Work will be located at multiple sites. Work will be located at multiple sites as follows: o At Puerto del Sol Reuse Reservoir and Pump Station Site: o Construction of two concrete valve vaults (one precast and one cast-in-place) at the existing Southside Non-Potable Water Facility including yard piping, site grading, placement of riprap and geogrid, and restoration of existing landscaping. o At Fidelity Park corridor north of Crick Avenue, between University Blvd and Watson Drive: o Construction of a 24-inch diameter reuse water supply pipeline starting from a connection to the existing 16-inch diameter reuse pipeline in University Blvd and traveling east through Fidelity Park to the future reuse reservoir site. o Construction of a 20-inch diameter reuse water discharge pipeline from the future Tijeras pump station site traveling west to University Blvd where it will connect to the existing 16-inch diameter reuse pipeline. o Construction of a precast air valve vault on the 24-inch reuse supply pipeline. o Site grading, restoration of existing landscaping, and temporary irrigation. o At Tijeras site east of Fidelity Park east of Watson Drive: o Construction of a 24-inch diameter water reservoir overflow/drain pipeline with connection to an existing storm drain pipeline. o Construction of a 24-inch diameter pump suction pipeline across an existing road for future phases. o Construction of a 2-inch diameter potable water pipeline for connection to a future water meter in future phases. o Site grading and restoration of existing landscaping.
