The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified companies capable of implementing sewerage flow meter systems at two locations within the City's sanitary sewer system for the purposes of customer billing. The RFP states the overall scope of services desired and specific functionality as well as required vendor qualifications. The decision made by the City to select the contractor based on qualifications is final. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Applications, in whole or in part, as may be in its best interest and to waive minor irregularities and informalities. The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is soliciting proposals related to providing sanitary sewer flow metering services at two locations for utility billing. The selected vendor must be capable of verifying the accuracy of the metering system. It is the intent of the City that proposals include pricing on various flow metering options. The proposed flow metering system must be accessible remotely by the City. Deadline for submission of questions: May 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT All questions must be submitted in writing to Max Hillermann, Project Manager, no later than 2:00 P.M. (CDT) on May 27, 2026 via email mhillermann@ofallonmo.gov. The City will only respond by the end of day on June 3, 2026 to questions from Respondents.
