Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Yonkers, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The work shall be as shown and called for in the Contract Documents and shall include, but not be limited to, the following general items of work: 1) Remove and dispose of existing playground equipment & rubber surface, curbs, benches, concrete and asphalt pavement. 2) Install new playground equipment. 3) Install new rubber safety surfacing. 4) Install new asphalt and concrete pavement. 5) Install new benches. 6) Install new landscaping. 7) Install concrete pavers. 8) Install new concrete curbing. 9) Install new chain link fencing.
