Site work and paving for a civil project in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Developer, GRBK Edgewood LLC, will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. GRBK Edgewood LLC on behalf of Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 7 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to GRBK Edgewood LLC on behalf of Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 7 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. Contractors will electronically enter into the bid proposal, found at Online. The contractors can bid on both contracts, but it is not required. Separate bid proposals shall be submitted for each project. Contracts will be awarded separately. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and bidder/contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. Bidder/Contractor declares that it has not received from a governmental body a notice of noncompliance with a provision of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Texas Government Code, or, if such notice has been received, bidder/contractor has taken adequate steps to ensure future compliance with such subchapter and has provided or upon request will provide documentation of same. Stillwaters Phase 1 is located within the City of Pilot Point ETJ, Denton County, Texas and consists of 211 residential lots . Utility improvements for Stillwaters Phase 1 consist of approximately 8,650 LF of residential sanitary gravity sewer, 9,150 LF residential waterline, and 4,250 LF of residential storm sewer. Offsite Stillwaters Phase 1 storm sewer improvements include approximately 950 LF of culvert crossing FM 1385 and out falling to Pecan Creek tributary west of the property. Paving Improvements consist of approximately 33,950 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving, 13,850 SY of 7" reinforced concrete paving, approximately 21,100 SF of concrete sidewalk and 36,300 SF of concrete trails. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
