Sealed bids will be received for the construction of Station No. 28 Permanent GAC Building. Bidding documents can be obtained as an online download for a non-refundable fee or as hard copies for a refundable deposit. Bidders must register to receive addenda and submit proposals accompanied by a certified check, bank check, or bid bond for not less than five percent of the total lump sum bid price. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name and address, project title, and contract name and number. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn after acceptance or for a period of forty-five days after being publicly opened and read.
