This Request for Tender is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective bidders to submit bids for the 2026 Annual Asphalt Patching Program at various locations. Bids will only be considered if received from bidders who are registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region's public purchasing portal. It is highly recommended that prospective bidders thoroughly review the RFT document as several sections have been revised, including changes to how bids, bid security, and agreements to bond are to be submitted. Failure to comply with the current RFT requirements may result in a bid being declared non-compliant and disqualified. Bids must be submitted online in English unless otherwise specified.
