Sealed bids/proposals are invited for lawn care services. Proposals submitted must comply with the provided specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, and the District reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and to reject any and all bids. The District may select one or more vendors to provide services to one or more areas of the project based on the proposals received, pricing, qualifications, or other evaluation criteria. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and service description and should include both an original and an electronic copy on a USB drive if mailed. Proposals may also be submitted electronically via the specified platform.
