Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Description: The Improvements under this Contract consist of FPID: 440511-8-52-01: Milling and resurfacing of US Business 41 (N Tampa St. from Jackson St. to Floribraska Ave., and N Florida Ave. from Kennedy Blvd. to Palm Ave.). Additional work includes reconstruction of damaged sidewalk, deficient curb ramps and some driveways. There is minor drainage work and lighting improvements. New signals and nine HART bus stops with amenities are being proposed. FPID: 440511-2-52-01: Milling and resurfacing of US Business 41 (N Tampa St. from Floribraska Ave. to Dr MLK Jr. Blvd., and N Florida Ave. from E Palm Ave. to Dr MLK Jr. Blvd.). Additional work includes reconstruction of damaged sidewalk and curb, replacing deficient curb ramps, and replacing some driveways. There is minor drainage work and lighting improvements. New signals and new and updated HART bus stops with amenities are being proposed in Hillsborough County.
