UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for renovations within the SLC-A Building at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. The project will be delivered in two phases: (1) Mezzanine Addition and (2) Simulation Lab Remodel. The services include the Pre-Construction Phase(s) and, if the proposed Guaranteed Maximum Price(s) are accepted, proceeding with the Construction Phase(s). The project must comply with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and county statutes, regulations, and codes.
