The work described is for parks, playgrounds, and other city-owned property grounds maintenance, including both turf mowing and turf maintenance, as well as maintenance of all landscape beds. The Awardee must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and other means necessary or proper for performing and completing the work. All work must be completed using material and workmanship of the best quality as directed by the Parks and Recreation Department representative. The Awardee must perform the work with the safety of life and property as a priority, clean up and maintain the work area during the actual maintenance, and repair or restore at their cost any structures, property, or fixtures damaged or disturbed during performance. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for eligibility to submit a bid. All bidders must be present and signed in by the start time of the meeting. Bidders not present or signed in at the specified time will not be allowed to submit a bid. Question Deadline 06/19/2026 at 5:00 PM ET
