The city is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified AV Integrators for end-to-end design, purchase, and installation of a Modern Audio/Visual System at City Council Chambers, Punta Gorda FL. Question Deadline 05/26/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Bidders shall address all questions and request clarification for a Solicitation Package to the Purchasing Agent. Questions shall be submitted via email, fax or hard copy and shall be received by the question and clarification deadline stated above and on page 1 in the Solicitation Document (or as may be amended by Addenda). All answers to questions submitted will be published and answered in a manner that all bidder will be able to view. ** Site visit info : This information meeting presents an opportunity for the Bidder to clarify any concerns regarding solicitation requirements. The Bidder is cautioned that, although the pre-submittal meeting is optional, no modification or any changes will be allowed in the Bidderâ pricing because of the failure of the Bidder to have attended the conference or visited the site. Submission of a bid will be construed that the Bidder is acquainted sufficiently with the work to be performed. The Bidder shall make a careful examination of the project site, shall familiarize themselves with existing conditions, and shall satisfy themselves as to the quantity and quality of materials and workmanship required for the work. The Bidder shall carefully and thoroughly examine the Solicitation Package, inclusive of the Agreement, terms and conditions before submitting a bid. A site visit will be conducted at the conclusion of this meeting (Bidder's must attend at least one of the scheduled site visits). The City will NOT conduct site visits outside of the schedule stated in the solicitation.
