Renovation of a data center facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
Electrical Contractor for the replacement of two uninterrupted power supplies for the Ashley River Tower Data Center. Acceptance of owner supplied UPS equipment WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. 2 Existing Vertiv UPS assemblies are going to be replaced with new. 2. Owner will purchase the UPS Equipment. 3. Contractor will accept the delivery of the units and will store and handle all equipment as needed to complete the work. 4. Assistance for Testing, start up, and commissioning of equipment will be included. 5. Contractor will need to coordinate all work with onsite facility so that existing operations will not be interrupted, except in a brief approved shut down. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime Lump Sum contract.
