Renovation of an educational facility in Holladay Cottonwood, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed Carpentry and Flooring Contractor(s) (S220) to sand, seal, and refinish the existing flooring at Bonneville Jr High School and Matheson Jr High School according to the attached specifications. GSD reserves the right to award by location to multiple vendors or to the overall low. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required. Question Deadline 05/18/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Online Portal Specifications for Wood Floor Refinish at Bonneville Jr High 5330 South 1660 East, Holladay 84117-7419 and at Matheson Jr High 3650 South Montclair Street (7730 West), Magna 84044-2522. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Bonneville Main Gym - 13,250 sq. ft. o Sand, seal and refinish gym with existing game lines. (Some game lines may be removed/added per school's request and approved by M Melendez.) o Painted 10' - 12' logo in center of the floor. o Removal of multiple unused sleeves and/or old mounting points for gymnastic equipment. o Replacement of entire base in gym. Matheson (2) Main Gyms and Dance Room - 9,250 (2) and 3,200 sq. ft. o Sand, seal and refinish gyms with existing game lines. (Some game lines may be removed/added per school's request and approved by M Melendez.) o School name repainted on boarder. o Painted 10' - 12' logo in center of the floor. o Removal of multiple unused sleeves and/or old mounting points for gymnastic equipment. o Replacement of entire base in gyms.
