The project involves the construction of a concession/restroom building and a dumpster enclosure at Lake Rowena Park in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. The new building will replace the existing concession stand located in the southwest area of the park near the youth baseball field. The removal of the existing building will be completed by the owner. In addition to building and dumpster enclosure construction, the work includes site grading, temporary erosion control measures, concrete sidewalk construction, seeding and mulching, and painting pavement markings. Bids must be submitted sealed. Bid Security of 10% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. A performance bond amounting to 100% of the contract is required from the successful bidder. The project is subject to prevailing wage provisions. The Borough of Ebensburg reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
