The project involves clearing and grubbing, installation of a stream pump around system, bulk grading, channel re-alignment, fine grading, seeding, planting, and other related items along two unnamed tributaries to Swarr Run. The first unnamed tributary begins on the Four Seasons Golf Course, continues under Church Street to the Hempfield Rec Center property, and ends at the culvert at Snapper Dam Rd. The second unnamed tributary begins at Stony Battery Rd and ends at the culvert at Snapper Dam Rd. The project is located in East Hempfield Township, Landisville, PA. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to "East Hempfield Township," in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bonds must state this.
