Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Alexandria Bay, New York. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes improvements to the Village's water system including the replacement of water distribution mains, water service laterals, fire hydrants, and valves. Bids are requested for Contract No. 4 - Pipeline Construction. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders no later than four days prior to the bid opening. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
