The Contract Documents includes the following Scope of Work: demolition and removal of the existing masonry staircases, and their replacement, at up to five (5) distinct locations, together with associated steel handrails, grading and landscape improvements; and a six (6) month maintenance period. Bidder shall include the cost for all five (5) Greenbelt Entry staircase locations (A through E), as included in the Plans and specifications, in the Single Lump Sum Bid, and, separately, the cost for each individual Greenbelt Entry staircase under Alternates.
