The Town of Qualicum Beach (the "Town") invites Quotes from qualified and experienced contractors to provide unit pricing ($_____/lm) for crack sealing on a unit-rate basis for Town roads identified in the Appendices. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 at 2:00 PM PT All questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing Please submit questions to: engineering@qualicumbeach.com. All inquiries related to this RFQ, including requests for information and clarification, are to be submitted by email to the project contact: Chris Stanger, Manager Contractors are to provide a unit price per linear metre for approximately 15,000lm of crack sealing. The unit price shall include all labour, supervision, traffic control, equipment, materials, surface preparation, mobilization, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The Town has prioritized the roads to be crack sealed in the Appendices. The Town reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or reprioritize locations at any time.
