Site work and paving for a road / highway in Louisville, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Kentucky General Assembly has allocated $3 million in state funding toward the redevelopment of the intersection of Fourth and Oak streets in the Old Louisville neighborhood. The funding is intended to support long-delayed infrastructure improvements in a historic area that residents say has suffered from years of deferred investment and functions largely as a commuter pass-through rather than a neighborhood destination.
