Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mosinee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,800-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Bids are for the construction of a new 2,800 sq. ft., one-story, slab-on-grade, ladder frame garage building. Lump sum bids will be accepted for the General Contract, which includes Site Work, General Construction, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Holding Tank. Bids are to include all labor, materials, equipment, and anything else necessary for completion of the project. Successful bidders must provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Bid documents may be obtained from the Town Clerk. Requests for mailed plans require a non-refundable $20 fee. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid, which acts as a guarantee that the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance security within ten days if accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. No bids may be withdrawn for 45 days after the opening date. Award is subject to final approval.
