Question Deadline 05/27/2026 at 10:30 AM ET All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Luke Wright and Bethany Stoll at luke.wright@arroconsulting.com.and bethany.stoll@arroconsulting.com This project involves the installation of a new 1.5-inch, SDR-11 PVC low-pressure sanitary sewer line running approximately 850 feet in length and service connections running approximately 300 feet in length to serve three residential properties fronting Easterday Road. The work also includes demolition of three existing septic tanks and installation of three electric service panels. All work must conform to the latest editions and revisions of the Frederick County Standard Details and Specifications for Water and Sewer Facilities, Roads, and Streets Design Manual; Maryland State Highway Administration Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials; Maryland State Highway Book of Standards for Highway and Incidental Structures; Maryland Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices; and 2011 Maryland Standards and Specifications for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond for 10 percent of the bid total. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by an appropriate document before the opening of bids. After bid opening, withdrawal is allowed only by complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Bidders are required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246 regarding non-discrimination in employment. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive omissions or defects, and select the bid it determines to be in its best interest.
