Saginaw Township Community Schools is seeking sealed proposals for district-wide trash removal and recycling. The proposal period is from August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Bids must be submitted on the specified bid forms, be signed, and placed in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Trash/Recycle Removal Bid. Bidders must read the entire document, comply with all requirements, submit Certificates of Insurance, a completed Familial Disclosure form, and certify that they are not an Iran Linked Business. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Bids are firm for ninety days from the opening date, and late submissions will not be accepted. The Saginaw Township Community Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or defects, and to select other than the low bidder if it is in the best interest of the District. Michigan state law governs the process.
