Casa Grande 230-kV Substation Perimeter Fence Relocation, Casa Grande, AZ The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to provide guidance to the contractor to provide equipment, labor, materials, and associated services to install and/or remove the following: Replacement of approximately 336 feet of in-line fence posts with three strands of barbed wire at the top and 2 corner posts on the Western side of the Casa Grande (CAG) Substation yard. The barbed wire strands shall be continuous with the existing barbed wire on the remaining sides. The relocated fence shall be 6 feet away from the newly erected Waste Management fence that parallels CAG fence. Existing fence posts are to be cut off at grade and the concrete bases abandoned in place. WAPA will not provide any equipment or operator assistance to unload any Contractor-supplied equipment. Access to the facility is restricted to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday unless otherwise approved by the COR. WAPA will have a representative on-site to monitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agency requirements. C. Thornton Rd., Casa Grande, AZ 85222 in Pinal County, Arizona as shown on drawing CAG 0017.
