Phased redevelopment of the old Public Works Site (formerly 2274 and 2230 Trafalgar Rd). Scope to include multiple mid and high-rise (6 to 28-storeys) residential buildings with a combined 2,662 residential units. Block 1 includes: 53,940.25 sq m of residential and 2,834 sq m of non-residential with 830 units. Block 2 includes: 33,193.72 sq m of residential and 1,854.17 sq m of non-residential with 510 units. Block 3 includes: 45,499.79 sq m of residential and 1,918.19 sq m of non-residential with 700 units. Block 4 includes: 40,404.56 sq m of residential and 1,972.05 sq m of non-residential with 622 units. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. Owner submitted applications for official plan and zoning by-law amendments, and draft plan of subdivision approvals spring 2025; submission remains under review. Project is in a holding pattern pending market condition improvement. Further update may be available early 2027.
