University Medical Center (UMC) is soliciting COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS for the renovation of the 3rd and 4th floor of the Medical Office Plaza I. You are invited to submit a proposal for furnishing of all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for and incidental to the work as called for on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. B. A contract will be awarded based on which proposal offers the best value to the Owner for the Project after the evaluation and ranking of proposals as described in the Instructions to Proposers.
