Should the Bidder fail to confirm attendance by Friday, June 5, 2026, the TTC cannot guarantee access to participate in the Site tour. Due to safety concerns the TTC may limit the number of Bidder’s representatives to two (2) per Bidder. Bidders who attended the first Mandatory Site Tour on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 are not required to attend the second Mandatory Site Tour.
