Reference Number 0000424045 Hunden Partners (Hunden) on behalf of Visit Fort Collins (VFC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit input from developers to assess market interest in the development of a conference hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado (the "Project"), to be located on the campus of Colorado State University (CSU or University). Through this RFI, VFC seeks to engage experienced and qualified developers with a demonstrated track record in the development, financing, construction, ownership, and operation of conference hotels. This process is intended to gather market perspective, refine the Project approach, and inform a future, more formal procurement process. Respondents may include integrated development teams and are encouraged to identify key partners, such as hotel operators, design professionals, and contractors as part of their response.
