Bid opening will occur immediately after the submission deadline. The 5-day lead time is required in case the bid opening time changes. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for this project. The meeting will be held at 3:00 PM on May 20, 2026, local time at South Burlington City Hall at 180 Market Street, South Burlington, VT 05403. LOCATION: The Garden Street Connector project extends the existing Garden Street to Midas Drive and continues north along Midas Drive towards Williston Road.
