The work includes a 2-inch grind and overlay on sections of Ridge Street, Eagle Lake Drive, Pickering Court, Maple Street, Maple Avenue, Fir Street, Spruce Place, Meadowbrook Way, and the Fisher Creek Park parking lot. All areas are to be restriped to match the existing markings. All bidders must be licensed contractors registered in the State of Washington. All work performed on this project will be subject to the state prevailing wages. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal must be submitted with the bid proposal.
