Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and industrial development.

This project is for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services, encompassing both pre-construction and construction phases for the Facilities Improvement Project (Phase 1). The project includes improvements at three facilities: the Lynchburg Pump Station (LPS) in Baytown, the Trinity River Pump Station (TRPS) in Dayton, and the Canal Maintenance Station (CMS) in Dayton.
