This is a pre-qualification process only; it is not a tender call, does not request pricing, and does not create a contractual relationship. The process is required due to sensitive glazing disassembly and reinstatement, execution within an occupied environment, and coordination constraints typical of institutional operations. Interested suppliers are invited to submit a response to be evaluated for pre-qualification and shortlisting for eligibility to propose on a subsequent solicitation, if any.
