Douglas College invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Window Glazing Repairs Project. The Owner invites responses from experienced glazing contractors for the purpose of establishing a shortlist of qualified respondents eligible to receive invitation to solicitation for targeted building envelope remediation work at Douglas College's New Westminster Campus. This is a pre-qualification process only; it is not a tender call, does not request pricing, and does not create a contractual relationship. The process is required due to sensitive glazing disassembly and reinstatement, execution within an occupied environment, and coordination constraints typical of institutional operations. Interested suppliers are invited to submit a response to be evaluated for pre-qualification and shortlisting for eligibility to propose on a subsequent solicitation, if any. Only qualified respondents will be permitted to respond to any subsequent solicitation.
