Without being limited to that, the work consists of preparing a sterile access to the rest of the other rooms in the block, removing obsolete equipment, removing the current ceiling and the support structure for the current equipment, the replacement of the new structure for the installation of new equipment, connection to various services (electrical, medical gas, and others), repair of lighting fixtures, ceilings, and ventilation, as well as various upgrades to this room. Please note that the installation and commissioning of the new equipment provided by Draeger will be carried out by their technicians between July 6 and 17, 2026 (delivery to be confirmed). LOT 2: Replace the current system of operating lights provided by the Novatech Company for rooms O-1114, O-1117 of the outpatient clinics at the Granby Hospital. Without being limited thereto, the work consists of preparing sterile access to these rooms via the corridor, removing outdated equipment, adjusting the current ceiling and replacing the support structure of the current equipment with a view to installing new equipment, the electrical connection and the addition of central switches as well as various upgrades to this room. Please note that the installation and commissioning of the new equipment provided by Novatech will be carried out by their own technicians once the electrical and structural preparation work has been completed. Novatech's intervention is scheduled to be carried out on the same day for both rooms, according to a date to be determined depending on the release of the rooms between July and October 2026.
