The City of Saskatoon is seeking professional Consulting Services to conduct an in-service road safety review (ISRSR) of the interchange of McOrmond Drive and College Drive. The ISRSR is to consider all road users, including but not limited to pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and transit operators. The overall goals of this project are to review background data (collision history, geometric characteristics, and traffic operations), conduct field investigations, and identify mitigation measures that would improve traffic safety. All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca in order to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system.
