CR#: 2135009 The County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency is seeking the services of a qualified and professional environmental consulting firm (or firms) to serve as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). The QEP will provide environmental consulting services for Brownfields Community-Wide Site Assessment. Responsibilities include coordinating, managing, monitoring, directing, and overseeing the Site Assessment Project, advising on strategies, and providing regulatory and reporting support. The QEP will assist by guiding staff and applicants on cost-effective regulatory closure for hazardous and/or petroleum contaminated sites. This is a general solicitation not specific to any site, property, or environmental task, with a contract period of approximately three years, extendable contingent on available funds. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
