Renovation of a municipal facility in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals for the Health Services Renovation Project. Bids must be submitted in sealed packages, clearly marked for the Health Services Renovation, and delivered to the specified address. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid documents and specifications are available electronically. Questions should be directed to the Facility Director. The Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center (The Met) is a public school district that has three (3) campus locations; 325 Public Street, Providence RI 02905; 362 Dexter Street, Providence RI 02905; and 115 Girard Ave, Newport RI 02840. The district has an enrollment of approximately 844 students. The district acreage by campus consists of approximately 6.8 acres for Public Street, 1.07 acres for Dexter Street, and 1.45 acres for Girard Avenue. The Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center (The Met) are requesting bids from qualified companies for the renovation of the Health Services Department at the Equality Building located at 325 Public St Providence RI 02905. Quantities, if any, are estimated only. The agreement shall cover the actual quantities ordered during the period. Deliveries will be billed at the single, firm, awarded unit price quoted regardless of the quantities ordered.
