PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Cincinnati VAMC 3200 Vine Street Cincinnati OH POSTAL CODE 45220 The work consists of construction services to improve security and safety within Building One at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center Community Living Center. The project enhances patient safety and accessibility through the installation of RF technology at key entry points, motion sensors, replacement of breezeway doors, integration of a double pole double throw (DPDT) relay system, and installation of an intrusion alarm system in the mail room. All new security and safety components will be fully integrated with the existing Johnson Controls Inc. systems and RF technology, including the CCURE 9000 access control system, to ensure seamless and coordinated operation across the facility. The contractor shall provide all required tools, equipment, materials, permits, labor, and supervision to complete the work, which includes carpentry, electrical work, and other items shown or specified in the project drawings and specifications. The project will be executed in accordance with applicable FAR and VAAR change order and equitable adjustment procedures. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
