Renovation of a medical facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Electronic bids are requested for all work, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction, for the Medical Education and Research Building Lower Level Build-Out at Indiana University Indianapolis, project number IU 20250027. Bidders must be registered and signed into the designated plan room to submit a bid electronically. Bid proposals must fully comply with the bidding documents available from the owner. Bids must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program in compliance with state code. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, waive irregularities, and may consider bids incomplete if the required documentation is not provided. The Base Bid may be held for up to sixty days before awarding contracts, and Alternate Bids for up to ninety days. If a successful bidder withdraws or fails to execute a contract within 10 days after notice of acceptance, bid security may be forfeited as liquidated damages.
