Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove approximately 570 meters of cast iron watermain and replace it with 300mm PVC, and remove 180 meters of clay sanitary sewer and replace it with 250mm PVC on Stirling Avenue South, from Courtland Avenue East to Charles Street East. The work includes all associated surface restoration, such as excavation, soil removal, grading, asphalt paving, and restoration of sidewalk and curb. Bid submissions must be made online.
