Site work for a water / sewer project in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Olean is seeking bid proposals from qualified professional engineering firms with expertise in closed-circuit television (CCTV) video inspection of municipal sanitary sewer collection systems. The work involves the evaluation of sanitary sewers for the purpose of inflow and infiltration source identification and mitigation. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form, sealed, and clearly marked. All responses must include executed copies of the required certifications, bid forms, and a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification. One original and two copies (the latter without original signatures) of the response are requested. Responses lacking these documents or not properly marked or received by the deadline will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality, and withdraw the solicitation at any time. Disadvantaged, minority/women-owned, and certified Service-Disabled Veteran-owned enterprises are encouraged to respond, and there will be no discrimination based on sex, race, color, creed, or national origin in awarding the contract.
