Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work requires the provision of all specialized construction labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary for the comprehensive parking lot replacement at LCBO Store 426, located at 1090 The Queensway, Etobicoke ON M8Z 1P7. The project encompasses approximately 10,449 sq. ft. The Contractor shall be responsible for the systematic saw-cutting, removal, and legal off-site disposal of existing asphalt surfaces and compromised sub-base materials. It includes all sub-grade preparation, detailed grading, and compaction to ensure optimal drainage and structural integrity, followed by the supply and installation of new asphalt layers in strict accordance with the enclosed technical drawings and specifications. Bids shall be submitted on or before the submission deadline via the Bonfire electronic bidding system. Late submissions will not be considered. Bids must be in English.
