Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Germantown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.

The work is known officially as "DIVISION ROAD FROM MEQUON ROAD TO JEFFERSON CREEK, PROJECT NO. 2501" and shall consist of pulverizing, bituminous milling, and bituminous paving on specified Village roads in the Village of Germantown for the calendar year 2026 in accordance with the requirements of the Public Works & Highway Committee. Major items of work include: - 16,000 SY Asphalt Pulverizing and Reconstruction - 2,500 SY Sidewalk Removal and Replacement - 1 LS Common Excavation (Estimated 1,100 CY) - 4,000 TON Base Aggregate Dense - 5,200 TON Asphalt Pavement - 1 EA Precast Storm Structure, Header for Twin 36x26 H.E. - 1,200 LF Storm Sewer Pipe - 2,360 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 30-Inch, Type D - 3,600 CY Borrow - 1 LS Bridge Scour Protection Measures (B-66-144) - 3,000 SY Geogrid - 6,600 LF Pavement Marking - 50 EA Sanitary Manhole and Valve Box Adjustments Bidders must submit electronic bids via QuestCDN, accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, and a qualification statement received at least five days before the bid opening. The proposal form provided must be properly executed. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity. Proposals must remain firm for ninety days after the opening date.
