Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The project consists of the transformation and expansion of existing athletic facilities at the David E. Disney Tennis & Pickleball Center in DeLand, Florida. The primary objective is to convert existing pickleball courts into tennis courts while simultaneously expanding and converting existing tennis courts into new pickleball courts with furnishings and amenities. Additional work includes the renovation of an existing office building into a Pro Shop with bathrooms as well as construction of a new concessions building with bathrooms, a custom shade pavilion, a pre-engineered metal building, and all associated utility connections. Site improvements feature the installation of a stone drainage swale & flume, extensive landscaping and irrigation, synthetic turf, site and sports court lighting, new sidewalks, and a custom gateway feature to enhance beautification and optimize pedestrian flow between the courts and parking areas. All areas disturbed by the work shall be restored to a condition equal to or better than that which existed prior to the commencement of work.
