Renovation and addition to an office development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,450-square-foot office development; and 5,150-square-foot office development.
The CIB currently occupies approximately 75% of a floor at 150 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario and is expanding to take on the remainder of the floor. The project involves reconfiguring the entire floor to integrate the expansion area with the existing occupied space. The CIB will continue to occupy and operate from the floor throughout the construction period. Respondents must plan and execute all work to minimize disruption to CIB staff, maintain a clean and professional environment at all times, and sequence work to allow business operations to continue uninterrupted. The total project area is approximately 20,600 square feet, of which approximately 25% is new space and the remainder is the existing footprint. The majority of the existing space will be retained, with minor reconfigurations and targeted upgrades to meet program requirements, functionality, and design standards. The Scope of Services includes both new construction and selective enhancements to the existing space.
