Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes project administration, mobilization and demobilization, utility locates, and all temporary facilities and controls; pre- and post-construction surveys; asphalt and concrete demolition and disposal; installation of two additional SVE wells via rotosonic drilling; trenching, backfilling and compacting, including clean soil importing if needed; underground pipe installation; concrete driveway replacement, class V gravel placement, and SVE and monitoring well head completions; preparation of on-site building for SVE system enclosure including power service drop and electrical work; construction of turnkey, enclosed SVE system, shipping and unloading at site; final site assembly; and site restoration. Pre bid date : Please also contact John Connelly to register for the pre-bid meeting by Wednesday, May 20th at 4:00 pm. Responders must attend the pre-bid meeting prior to submitting their response. Responses received from responders that did not attend the pre-bid meeting will be rejected.
